We booked a presidential suite for $324, for our wedding night, about 2 weeks in advance. One of the excuses offered has been that their settlement department 'has thousands of claims to process.' This statement alone should make a person wary of using one of their ATM's. Also, from the first time I called NRT within 30 minutes of the ATM malfunction I have been told that their system showed the ATM malfunction and that the money was not distributed. I have called the NRT phone number given me by staff at the Ameristar cashier window many, many times and keep getting, a) excuses, or b) 'It's being worked on right now.' Meanwhile, no money is reappearing in my bank account.
It has now been almost one month that I have been trying to get NRT Technology to authorize my bank to re-credit my account with the money I never received.
However, this happened after the transaction had been approved by my bank, resulting in the money being removed from my account, but never delivered. During the process of using the ATM it malfunctioned and was unable to complete the process of dispensing money. Charles on JI used one of the on site ATM's operated by NRT Technology.
